The manuscript is to relevant editorial board chairman.
The chairman, with the help of the members of the editorial board, assigns two referees. Within two weeks of manuscript receipt, referees return their review/evaluation, with the possibility of extension for a further week.
The chair of the editorial board is entitled to change the referee in case he does not conform to the time limit. He can also send the manuscript to a third referee or take the decision himself, if necessary.
After the author finishes the required changes, the chair of the editorial board will send the final version of the manuscript, with a certified acceptance form attached to it, to the center in order to follow up on the issuance of certified acceptance letters. In case that the manuscript is rejected, the chair of the editorial board will send a rejection form to the center, indicating the reasons for rejection.
The center is responsible for the issuance of letters of acceptance and rejection within a period of 45 working days of receiving the manuscript.
The center is fully responsible for all the procedures of copyediting, finalizing formats and printing within a period of 60 working days upon receiving the final research for each quarterly issue.
